This document outlines the terms and conditions governing use of the sport808 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to comply with all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing or using the sport808 platform — whether through our website, mobile app, or any other digital service we provide — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.
Use of this platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. sport808 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account where there is reasonable doubt about a user's age eligibility. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and sport808 as the service provider. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms shall be deemed acceptance of the updated version.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on sport808. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any credit balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, and a valid email address. sport808 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a copy of your MyKad or passport to verify the information provided.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. sport808 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
User responsibilities also include the following prohibitions:
- Using the platform for fraudulent activity or market manipulation
- Sharing login credentials with others
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
- Providing false information during registration or account verification
- Acting in a manner that disrupts other users' experience
Payments, Transactions & Credit Management
All transactions on the sport808 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). sport808 supports a range of local payment methods, including DuitNow, GrabPay, and internet banking transfers. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within a set timeframe depending on the chosen payment method. sport808 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts that exceed certain limits or for accounts that have not completed full verification.
Credits deposited into an account cannot be transferred to another user's account. sport808 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect bank account or e-wallet details provided by the user during the withdrawal process.
Any bonus or promotional credits added to your account are subject to the wagering requirements and validity period specified in the respective promotion's terms. Unused bonus credits that are not utilised within the stated period will expire automatically.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Sport808 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform for purposes that are contrary to Malaysian law.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any valid credit balance may be temporarily frozen until the investigation concludes. If the user is found to be in the clear, the account will be reinstated and the credit balance restored. If fraud is confirmed, sport808 reserves the right to forfeit all credit balances and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any valid credit balance will be refunded to the user.
Limitation of Liability: sport808 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss. sport808's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Privacy
All content on the sport808 platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of sport808 or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from sport808.
The sport808 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for users' convenience. sport808 does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Use of third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Your use of personal information by sport808 is governed by our Privacy Policy separate policy. By using this platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in that Privacy Policy.
Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
Sport808 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest version.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the sport808 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties. Should negotiations fail, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
